01 / ACCESSIBILITY
Scope and accessibility objective
This statement covers isielitetraining.com, its ISI-operated facility pages, and the online forms and booking experiences provided through the Website. Separate websites or applications operated by independent franchisees or other organizations may have their own accessibility statements. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Version 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and this objective is not a representation that every page, document, or feature currently meets every requirement.
02 / ACCESSIBILITY
Areas of focus
Our accessibility priorities include: • Navigation: Clear headings, consistent organization, keyboard access, and visible focus indicators. • Readable content: Appropriate contrast, text resizing, and information that does not rely on color alone. • Images and media: Meaningful image alternatives and appropriate captions or other alternatives for media. • Forms and booking: Clear labels, instructions, accessible error messages, and usable facility and session selection. • Compatibility: Support for commonly used browsers and assistive technologies. • Ongoing improvement: Reviewing reported barriers and incorporating accessibility into updates and content decisions. We welcome reports identifying features that prevent access. We use those reports to help prioritize review and remediation, while recognizing that automated tools alone cannot establish accessibility.
03 / ACCESSIBILITY
Third-party tools
Some features use third-party technology, such as scheduling and booking tools, payment services, maps, and embedded video. We work with the appropriate facility or provider to address reported barriers in the services made available through our Website. If an integrated tool prevents you from completing a task, contact us for assistance. Providing an alternative is part of our support process, not a substitute for addressing barriers in the online experience.

Request assistance or report a barrier
If you have difficulty using the Website or need information in another format, email info@isielitetraining.com with the subject “Accessibility Assistance.” You may also call 1-866-991-6055. Please describe the page or task, the difficulty you experienced, and your preferred contact method. Browser or assistive-technology details can help us investigate, but you do not need to provide a medical diagnosis or disclose unnecessary health information. We will acknowledge your request as promptly as practicable, help identify an accessible way to obtain the information or service, and explain relevant next steps. Accessibility-related assistance is provided without an additional accessibility-related charge. For time-sensitive booking assistance, you may also contact the selected facility using the phone number listed in our facility directory. Let the facility know if a Website barrier prevented you from accessing the available booking process.
05 / ACCESSIBILITY
Facility access and participation
Questions about physical access or participation accommodations should be directed to the facility you plan to attend. You may also contact ISI for help reaching the responsible operator. Independently operated facilities and ISI retain their respective obligations under applicable law. This statement does not limit any rights available to individuals with disabilities.
