Agreement to these Terms
Please read these Terms before using the Website. When you affirmatively accept these Terms through a form, account, or transaction that presents them to you, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use features requiring acceptance. Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, authorize marketing texts, recurring payments, or processing of health information that requires separate consent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Additional agreements presented for a specific service, membership, promotion, or purchase may also apply.

Eligibility and participation by minors
The Website is intended for individuals age 13 and older. If you are under 18 or the age of legal majority where you live, use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian; an adult must enter any agreement that requires adult consent. Children under 13 must not create accounts or submit personal information directly through the Website. Parents or legal guardians should contact their selected facility about participation by an eligible child and the appropriate registration process. Eligibility to use the Website is different from eligibility to participate in training. Each facility's age, supervision, health-screening, waiver, and participation requirements apply to services at that facility.

Independently owned and operated facilities
ISI Elite Training facilities may be independently owned and operated by franchisees or operated by affiliates. An independent franchisee is a separate legal entity responsible for its facility's operations, employees, schedules, pricing, memberships, billing, cancellation practices, and services. When you purchase a membership, session package, or service, your agreement is with the seller identified at enrollment or checkout. The facility's membership agreement and participation documents govern that purchase and participation; these Terms do not replace those documents. Prices, offers, services, and schedules may vary by facility. Contact the facility identified in your agreement about membership administration, refunds, cancellation, or participation concerns; nothing here limits ISI's own responsibilities under applicable law.

Introductory offers and promotions
Free sessions, trial periods, and introductory promotions are subject to the eligibility, availability, and restrictions disclosed with the offer. These may include first-visit requirements, local-residency requirements, age restrictions, participating facilities, expiration dates, and limits per person. Where eligibility depends on prior attendance, having an existing booking-system profile alone does not establish that you have previously attended. The specific offer determines the applicable eligibility rules. Any required reservation deposit, payment method, late-cancellation fee, no-show fee, trial conversion, or recurring charge must be disclosed before you enroll. A free-session request does not, by itself, authorize a paid membership or recurring charge. Challenges, referral programs, sweepstakes, and other promotions may have separate rules available before participation. Those rules govern the promotion if they conflict with these Terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Health and fitness information
Exercise involves physical demands and a risk of injury. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning an exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication affecting exercise, or have concerns about safe participation. Website workouts, videos, articles, nutrition information, and other fitness content are provided for general educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and are not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information on the Website. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, faintness, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Results vary by individual, and no particular fitness, calorie, strength, weight, or other result is guaranteed. These Terms do not replace a facility's health screening, assumption-of-risk document, or participation waiver.

Accounts, bookings, and accurate information
Some services may require an account with ISI or a scheduling provider. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and do not use another person's account or submit their information without appropriate authority. Protect your login credentials and promptly notify us or the applicable provider of suspected unauthorized access. We may take reasonable steps to secure accounts or restrict misuse without limiting any rights you have under applicable law. Reservations are subject to facility availability and the cancellation or attendance terms disclosed for the booking. A request is not a confirmed reservation until confirmation is provided through the applicable booking process.

Purchases, payment, and recurring memberships
This section applies when purchases are available through the Website. The purchase flow identifies the seller and presents the applicable price, taxes, fees, service terms, and payment arrangements before you complete the transaction. For a recurring membership or a trial that converts to paid service, the seller will disclose the billing amount and frequency, introductory period and subsequent price, any minimum commitment, renewal terms, and cancellation method before obtaining billing information. The seller must obtain your express informed consent before charging you. By completing an authorized purchase, you authorize the identified seller and its payment providers to process the disclosed charges according to the agreement you accept. ISI does not gain authority to charge you simply because you submit a lead or inquiry form. Your confirmation and membership agreement describe how to stop recurring charges and any applicable deadlines. The seller will provide a simple cancellation mechanism and any online cancellation, acknowledgment, reminder, cooling-off, or special cancellation rights required by applicable law. Statutory rights concerning disability, relocation, facility closure, refunds, or other circumstances remain available where applicable. A facility's agreement cannot eliminate rights that the law does not permit to be waived.

Text messages and email
If you separately opt in, the ISI entity or facility specifically identified in the consent disclosure may send you marketing text messages, including through automated technology. Messages may include offers, events, and service updates; frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the applicable text program or HELP for assistance. You may also contact info@isielitetraining.com to request assistance or withdrawal of consent, and we will honor requests as required by law and applicable program rules. Consent to one sender does not automatically authorize unrelated affiliates or every ISI facility to send marketing messages. Marketing-email messages include an unsubscribe method, and service-related messages are sent only as permitted by law and your preferences. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Please notify the relevant sender if you no longer control the phone number you provided.

Acceptable use
You may use the Website to learn about ISI, locate facilities, make legitimate inquiries, book available services, and complete authorized transactions. Limited personal, noncommercial use of publicly available content is permitted if you retain applicable ownership notices. You must not: • Misrepresent identity or authority: Impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or enroll someone without authorization. • Compromise security: Introduce harmful code, access systems or accounts without permission, bypass access controls, or interfere with Website operation. • Misuse information: Collect or disclose another person's private information without a lawful basis. • Infringe rights: Reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis. • Abuse services: Use the Website for unlawful, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct. • Misrepresent affiliation: Suggest an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with ISI that does not exist.

Intellectual property and submissions
ISI and its licensors retain their rights in Website content, programming, software, logos, trademarks, and other protected materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a trademark license. If the Website invites you to submit a review, comment, photograph, or other content, submit only material you are authorized to share. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences, and submissions must not unlawfully disclose another person's information or violate their rights. You retain ownership of your submissions and permit ISI to use them for the purpose disclosed when they are submitted, such as displaying a review. Separate permission will be obtained where required for advertising use of a person's name, likeness, testimonial, or health-related information. We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, irrelevant, or abusive submissions. We do not condition review incentives on positive sentiment or prohibit truthful reviews merely because they are unfavorable. Third-party services

Franchise information
Information about owning an ISI Elite Training franchise is informational and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a franchise where such activity would be unlawful. Any franchise offer is made through the required Franchise Disclosure Document and in accordance with applicable disclosure, registration, and exemption requirements. An inquiry does not create a franchise agreement or reserve a territory. Required disclosures and applicable waiting periods must be satisfied before the relevant agreement or payment.

Website availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that all content will be free of error, that availability will be uninterrupted, or that the Website will meet every user's particular needs. To the extent permitted by law, ISI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement relating to the Website. We may correct errors, update content, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or other legitimate reasons. To the extent permitted by law, ISI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website. Disputes
Please contact info@isielitetraining.com with Website-related concerns so we have an opportunity to help resolve them. This informal route is voluntary and does not delay a legal deadline or prevent you from seeking lawful remedies. These Website Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive participation in a class action. Disputes may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any enforceable separate agreement applicable to a particular transaction and rights preserved by law.

Changes and general provisions
We may revise these Terms and will update the effective date when we do. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, and renewed agreement will be obtained where required; changes will not retroactively alter an existing dispute without a lawful basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver, and these Terms do not override a separate agreement except as expressly stated in that agreement and permitted by law.
